This parting needle is used for parting dog hair, grooming for dog shows and daily maintenance for banding and wraping.  It is 7" long, with a small bead cluster at one end.  It is lightweight and the pointed end is smooth to glide through the hair easily.  It is also easy to find in a tack box because of the beads.
